When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout

Payment must be received before orders are processed

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, typically within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery is made using tracked services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Online Orders:

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
With all tags and packaging intact

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In-Store Returns:

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Sale items must be returned within 14 days for exchange or credit note.

Exclusions:

Gift cards are non-returnable
Items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned

Cancellation Rights:

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
