What is your return or exchange policy?

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason this is not the case, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Do I need to book an appointment to come into store?

Great question, if you are looking to buy from us the answer is always no. But if you are looking to rent a suit then we need appointments for Saturdays as we have high demand in season.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your items without delay.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom and do not ship internationally. However, if you are based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please feel free to contact us at orders@coles-menswear.co.uk and we will do our best to assist with your enquiry.

How do I know if the product will fit?

Our products are from a range of diffrent suppliers so we understand fit can be confusing. To assist you feel free to reach out to us either by calling a store during opening hours or emailing us.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that every product meets our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and value. We work closely with trusted suppliers to produce items that we are proud to offer to our customers.
