Refund policy

 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason this is not the case, you may return your item(s) bought from us online or in-store within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • With labels and tags still attached

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or returned without their original packaging and labels.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

How to Return an Item

In-Store Purchases

If you would like to return an item purchased in-store, please bring the item(s) along with your original receipt to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Sale items purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange or credit note.


 

Online Purchases

If you would like to return an item purchased online, please start a return using the link below. You will need the email address used to place your order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to offer exchanges free of charge. You may return the item to us by post (return postage is the customer’s responsibility) or bring it to any of our stores where our team will be happy to assist.

We can also accept returns and exchanges for online purchases in any of our stores free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@coles-menswear.co.uk, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
